Alaskan Gold is more than we could have ever hoped for in a Suri male. He has an incredible show record with 11 - 1st Place wins, 5 - Championships, and was awarded the prestigious Judges Choice award twice!

Alaskan Gold is out of one of our favorite production females, Whirlwynd and by the great Lazy G's Accoyo Goldstar. His pedigree is dense! Density seems to elude many alpacas, even if they have nice fleece. Alaskan Gold sheared 13.4 lbs and ranked TOP 1% in BOTH Fleece Weight AND Staple Length for all EPD samples submitted in 2016! All of the judges he showed under gave credit to his fleece characteristics and appreciated his stout and straight conformation as well.

Alaskan Gold is just embarking on his breeding career. He started to go through the motions late in the fall and should be ready to go by spring. We can't wait to see what this boy can do and we know that other breeders are waiting to find out as well. Patience...
